WHY PUBLIC SERVICE?
Leadership is not only about standing before people and speaking. It is about listening to what people are saying when there is no microphone — understanding the challenges facing families and businesses, and carrying those concerns into the institutions where decisions are made.
Elgeyo-Marakwet has hardworking farmers, ambitious young people, talented athletes, entrepreneurs, professionals and communities that continue to work for a better future.
The question is not whether our people have potential. The question is whether leadership is doing enough to represent that potential, protect the interests of the county and demand accountability for resources meant for its people.
This platform sets out the issues Hillary Chebii intends to place at the centre of his public-service agenda.
